Adverts!

Yesterday was supposed to be an awesome day out with my favourite boobie. But for some reason, not only the skies did not want to bless our rare cycling day, and because Singapore doesnt have a good lost-and-found policy. (Poor boobie lost her phone and never found it. Although everytime we call it, its still ringing. Seriously, its a free phone, dont steal it! And now poor boobie doesnt have her contacts anymore.) Our day was quite ruined by all the hassle and frustration.

Either way, Im glad to have met up with boobie. For 2 years, i practically ignored her (and she ignored me, whats so interesting at the land of grey factory uniforms hur). But its amazing how, cos even when we meet up now, its back to the same embarrassing conversations and loser antics.

We went down (late) for Timbre Musicfest at NUS and the bands were surprisingly good. 'Cept for one, most were almost pitch perfect, and delivered quite sexy renditions of pop rock music. Though quite unfortunately, the audience didnt really do their job of hyping up the atmosphere. Its a singaporean thing, but its just not right for people to be calm during a concert! (And what more a pop rock concert, with quite up-to-standards music!) There was free flow of beer and no queue, surprise surprise! But all in all, if not for the dampening of spirits in the day, I would have really enjoyed the concert loadss, but half the fun was gone cos boobie wasnt happy.

Because, there is only 3 short weeks left with family and friends and fun and food, I went on to join the PKK peeps at Timbre Substation. Waited for what seems like forever (prbly more than 1h) for a cab. And i always thought that there was too many cabs in Singapore, where are they when we need it?
Reached just in time to hear EIC playing I'm Yours (Jason Mraz). One of those songs on Ee Jean's phone that was playing on loop in Hin Khao. And one of those rare few recent English songs that I know, and like. Another being Bleeding Love.

I dont want to go back to London.
Anyway, because I changed my phone and lost all my contacts (and because singaporeans dont use facebook much), below are some adverts:
