The Losers finally found some time to meet up again and we agreed on Bugis and eventually foudn ourselves in Bugis. It was a meal, a sad one as usual, with updates on how pathetic how lives has been. But nevertheless very fun (and very us), and I really miss Huien and DJ's presence :)

Chinatown
My Cousin Yeqin and I went Maxwell fd centre after our free(!!) hair dying session in Tanjong Pagar. And we walked to Chinatown mrt after that frm Maxwell and it seems like it perpetually celebrating CNY. or at least, it seems to be try (too hard) to show tourists that we are always in a festive mood.

Yet another week.

I'm currently involved in this self-initiated CIP project that aims to bring youths from different backgrounds tgt and to understand each other better called Tripod. They had a meeting at my place on Monday, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Kezia around (though it took me sometime to put her face to her name). And there is this interesting guy (or should i say only guy) on the team called Junghans, and he drove a Mercs to my place -_-" that is like how scary. He happens to be the Welfare Chair of RJ Council from my batch. Interesting.

Last Saturday, dj and I decided to give Pat and nice visit at his pet shop. We bought him this box from NTUC that had many smaller boxes in it (box-in-a-box), filled it up with candy and handed his thankyou cum happy bday cum merry xmas cum happy anniversary presents to him. The following are pics of dj and the pets and one of them with Pat in it. I tried to make myself useful by going around and cleaning up the poopoo of the chinchillas and rabbits. Afterall, I am extremely terrified of furry animals. But I have to admit they are cute though (:

Another week has passed, one last week of work in HC. I think I kinda need a break after this whole hectic month. But this week has been interesting. Watched the investiture of the 34th and brought back wonderful memories. One of the jnr councillors, i suspect, is wongki's brother. looks qte like her, very cute. ahah. And then Dance Night in the evening with Stef. Sharan, Hing and Michwang came as well but didnt really have the chance to catch up much with them.

Taking leave on Monday to collect my passport, mail things out to UCL (i think im prbly going there since I suspect NUS hates me :( ) and meet up with someone from SouthEast CDC to discuss their possible supporting of the CIP project I'm in. Wish me luck!

Working after Work.

It's unfair that erns has a celebrity friend. I want one too >_< where can i go to find one? (wuzun would be nice, so would joonie)

I was just surfing the sites for UCL's Intercalated BSc Programmes and now I am really inclined to go UCL. Just not too long ago, I was still thinking of NUS and now I am completely swayed towards UCL again. I just cant make up my mind. UCL looks so exciting and full of opportunities, and yet I would love to stay in Singapore for my family and my granddad isnt too happy about me going to UK, plus it's going to be quite financially taxing for an overseas education after all :(

Bought my mum a Swatch Watch for Mother's Day. It is the single most expensive thing that i have invested in since I started working. Decided against getting a diamond pendant for her cos its really no point buying a cheapo one that is affordable but ugly. I would rather get a nice watch for her (:

Work has been really busy and I have been working unpaid OT non-stop and also at home (like now .. just that I am taking a break and slacking to recharge). Going to watch council invest/ stepping down rehearsals tmr with Stef. Meeting her for breakfast at Adam as well. After that, I would have 2 tuition (only!), and my night off to work on work again :( and that just reminds me that I would have to scan Kaix the physics paper to help me with, and email Zach my prom sponsorship stuff plus send out my Criminal Record Check to UCL. Loads of things to do .. backlog!

Life is now all about work and tuition (which is work too), solving qns at home for work, and arranging tuition with my students after their lessons. But at least now mid-years are over, and that means that I dont have 3 tuition going on simultaneously >_<

Shall go off to bed now. I still have yet to watch Spiderman 3 and I would love to watch Priceless too. TV Mobile gave it a pretty good review. But i need a light hearted comedy now!
Havent seen the losers for ages. Plus pangsai. Maybe its time to give them a call to arrange an outing soon! (:

Work was quite hectic again as usual, although chow was away for attachment. so i ended up helping stef with her bio workload, and finishing the CCA stuff for Ms Chen. And now I truly understood how irritated the PE dept must have been when we started submitting wierd achievements to be included, since I'm now the only entering these details into the system for the J2 cohort. Irritate me and I would label you as useless in your CCA .. heh.

Chow came back in the late noon and that means increased workload. Had to solve a couple of physics questions and come up with the worked solutions, hopefully I havent forgotten my stuff. But ended up slacking abit after that cos I went for a short break in the staff lounge with Stef that lasted for more than an hour, chatting with mr ngoi (the new council SnR teacher), mr rem (he's one horny obscene guy .. that I never knew) and ms wang. We were stuffing ourselves with the Secret Recipe Banana Choc cake that Ms Wang brought, and also Dilmah tea and oranges (cos its fruits day and the staff got free oranges).

Had tuition lessons after that at clementi and was feeling too lazy (plus i lounged too much and was late for lesson already), and decided to cab to lesson. I'm getting more and more pampered and bratty :( Rushed home after that lesson cos had another one waiting for me at home and it just ended at 11pm. Now, I'm solving Physics questions for my sec2 student. And I'm having an extended lesson with her tmr.
Talk about being exploited :(

Work work work!

I think i'm literally a PA already >_< hehe. and this is on top of the at least 2 a night tuition :( yesterday, i actually felt like killing some of my students.

It's late now and I need my beauty sleep, shall update about my students the next time. And maybe post some pics of my students if possible. Esp this really pretty boy called Darius. HEHE.

I'm still perpetually hungry, its just that my flu bug and hectic workload has forced me to go on a diet. I skip dinner cos I do not have time for it. How sad is it?
In fact, i had my dinner today at 10.30pm. exactly 11h after my (early) lunch.
